The Goal: Create a consumer application that will aggregate all of a customer's phone numbers into a single application.

 

Ideology:  To create a seamless experience for small business owners and families.

Challenge:  Work with a team new to creating software, team members in several different countries, and an aggressive deadline.

My Role:  I led 4 Designers, was Information Architect, Android/Material Design SME, and Visual Designer.

Customer Focus:  Allow the customer to purchase, use, and control virtual lines.  All lines for a user can be routed through 1 device.  Eliminates the need to carry more than 1 device and customer can separate professional and personal lines with ease.

Process:  I lead my team in the creation of this app starting with Industry Research, Customer Needs, Sprint Planning, Drawings, Wireframes, Design Reviews, Visual Design, 508 Compliance, Development, User Testing, FUT, Beta, Development, Release, and further Version Upgrades.
