The Goal:  This is a consumer application that will allow users to identify callers, block unwanted calls, and automatically screen for Scam Likely warnings.

Ideology:  Make a consumer facing application that is rudimentary for people at any technological level to use.

​

Challenge:  Modernize an application that has been in use for a decade without alienating people who've been using it a long time.

​

My Role:  I was charged with leading a team of 4 in creating the Android/Tablet version of this application under the vision of the Product Owner.  I was Information Architect, UX, and Interaction Designer.

Process:  I lead my team in the creation of Android side of the app under the direction of the lead for this project.  We worked together to meet the following:  Industry Research, Customer Needs, Sprint Planning, Drawings, Wireframes, Design Reviews, Visual Design, 508 Compliance, Development, User Testing, FUT, Beta, Development, Release, and further Version Upgrades.
